Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and skilled Nurse Injector to join our team. The position will be responsible for administering aesthetic injectable treatments of Neuromodulators, Hyaluronic-Acid Fillers, Steroids (Kenalog), and more. One of our priorities is providing exceptional patient care in a friendly clinical setting. The candidate will perform injections with an emphasis on achieving natural results. This role requires a strong understanding of facial anatomy, excellent patient communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

In their role, the hired candidate will be the option to have a part-time schedule; especially as the build their clientele list. The position will be a hybrid of both salary and commission pay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Apply all appropriate discount, reward program, and promotions for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for shared patients.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction following injections.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in injectable techniques and products.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing.
• 3-4 years minimum experience with aesthetic injections.
• Knowledge of physiology and facial anatomy as it relates to injectable treatments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
