Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate IV Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in IV therapy and vascular access techniques and comfortable working in an integrative setting that embraces both natural and conventional medical approaches.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and compound IV bags using sterile technique
· Administer a wide range of IV therapies, including but not limited to high-dose Vitamin C, ozone therapies, phosphatidylcholine, botanical infusions, peptides, and other IVs.
· Perform and monitor advanced procedures such as EBOO, TruDose, and other innovative therapies (training provided)
· Perform PICC line dressing changes and access with confidence and proficiency
· Access and maintain ports (Port-a-Cath), including regular flushing and sterile dressing changes
· Perform peripheral IV insertions skillfully and consistently
· Monitor patient vitals and response during infusions; respond to any adverse reactions with clinical confidence
· Maintain accurate and timely charting using our EMR system – all documentation must be completed the same day
· Collaborate closely with physicians, patient coordinators, and other clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
· Educate patients on treatments and help them feel informed, safe, and supported throughout their healing journey
Qualifications
· Current Arizona RN License in good standing
· Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in IV therapy or infusion clinic setting
· Proficient in PICC line, port access, and peripheral IV insertions
· Experience in holistic, naturopathic, or integrative medical settings strongly preferred
· Familiarity with natural and regenerative treatments and openness to ongoing training
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
· Compassionate, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time = 40 hours/week
