Position Summary

We are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with deep clinical experience and a desire to make a significant impact.

This role is ideal for a trailblazer—someone called to disrupt conventional medicine and lead with love and science. You will guide patients through transformational journeys involving detoxification, cellular regeneration, and more.

This is a very collaborative work environment that requires proactive communication, flexibility and willingness to listen deeply to others and receive feedback. You will work side-by-side with our multidisciplinary team, helping evolve the future of medicine—right here, right now.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations integrating functional labs, lifestyle factors, and patient goals

• Interpret advanced diagnostic panels (GI MAP, DUTCH, organic acids, mycotoxins, epigenetics, etc.)

• Develop personalized healing protocols including IV therapy, peptides, regenerative injections, detoxification & nervous system reset

• Collaborate with coaches, therapists, and energy practitioners in delivering 360° care

• Educate and empower patients with clarity, compassion, and presence

• Participate in refining protocols and innovating new approaches

• Document care thoroughly and in alignment with clinic standards

• Stay current with regenerative, functional, and integrative research

• Option to contribute to educational content, events, and speaking engagements

• Hold healing space—bringing deep listening, intuition, and leadership to each encounter

Qualifications

• MD or DO with valid Florida license (or ability to obtain)

• 5+ years in functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine

• Certification or training in at least one of the following: IFM, A4M, peptide therapy, detox, regenerative injections, IV therapy, ozone/EBOO

• Root-cause medicine expertise: gut, neuroendocrine, immune, mitochondrial, emotional health

• Gifted communicator with emotional intelligence and open-hearted presence

• Comfortable working within a team of conscious professionals

• Experience with (or openness to) ketamine infusions and injections

Preferred Traits

• Functional Medicine trained (IFM, A4M, or similar)

• Experience with trauma-informed care or somatic therapies

• Familiarity with quantum biology, bioenergetics, or non-traditional diagnostics

• Entrepreneurial or visionary mindset—ready to help expand a new healing paradigm
